Connecting to my Water Sensors

Learn how to connect your sensors to the Water Module

The Water Module within the Sinay Hub can be configured to natively support all types of sensors using an FTP/FTPS connection with a txt, csv, or json file format.

The Water Module can also support integration via API, 4G, or 5G.

In this case, please contact Sinay Technical Support who will proceed to the configuration of your Water Module parameters.

Please email us at support@sinay.fr with the following informations:

- The technical data sheet of the sensor used with the model, version, and connection means.

- As well as an example of the data format.

Important note: calibration and setup of the sensor

Before connecting any sensor to our app, please make sur that the sensor is already calibrated.

Connecting to the Data

The transmission is done by GPRS on an FTPS site every 10 minutes.
